Deepdale Gardens co-op, located in Little Neck, NY was built in the early 1950’s as the largest Federally sponsored housing for World War II veterans.

There are 69 two-story red brick buildings housing 1,396 garden-style apartments with beautiful professional landscaping and peaceful tree-lined streets. 

There are 4 onsite laundry facilities and 512 rentable garages.

  In 1994, Deepdale Gardens Corp. paid off its mortgage resulting in tremendous savings for its shareholders.
