Malba is an exclusive waterfront residential enclave located in the northeastern section of the New York City borough of Queens, along the western edge of Whitestone and bordered by the East River and Powell’s Cove.

Local and express bus lines offer transportation throughout Queens and into Manhattan, while nearby access to LaGuardia Airport adds additional convenience for residents. Despite its quiet and secluded setting, Malba remains well connected to the rest of New York City and Long Island.
