We will ensure the purchaser meets the board’s approval requirements by having them provide the documents the co-op would ultimately need for approval before the offer can be deemed acceptable.
These documents include:
- Mortgage Pre-Approval Letter (if applicable)
- Full Credit Report
- Most Recent Pay Stub
- Last 2 Years of W-2s, 1099s, Social Security, or Pension Benefit Statements
- Federal Income Tax Returns for the Last 2 Years
- Proof of Funds
- Fully Executed Contract of Sale for Existing Property (if applicable)
